I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation via phone or video chat to answer any questions you have about therapy and ensure that my approach will be a good match for what you would like to address in therapy.
During our intake session, we will meet to get to know one another and develop goals for therapy. We will review your history and get a better idea of what you are hoping to get out of our time together. Due to the amount of content we need to cover, and the additional paperwork needed from me, intake sessions are 60 minutes long
Individual therapy is for you if want a private compassionate space to process and work through though your emotions and experiences. We will work together to break though challenges that are holding you back from living your most fulfilling empowered life. Each session is 45 minutes.
